Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):  Providing support with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Toileting and Incontinence Care: Assisting with toileting needs and managing incontinence, ensuring hygiene and comfort.
Mobility Support: Helping clients with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids to enhance safety and independence

Meaningful Conversations: Engaging in conversations that promote connection, empathy, and emotional well-being.
Accompaning client’s to Activities: Providing company and support during outings, appointments, or social events.
Active Listening:  Offering attentive and non-judgmental listening to clients.
Emotional Encouragement: Providing uplifting and positive reinforcement to boost confidence and motivation.
Recreational Activities: Engaging in enjoyable activities such as games, hobbies, or crafts to foster joy and mental stimulation.

Light Housekeeping includes routine tasks like dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishwashing, and keeping living areas neat, safe, and organized.
Laundry and Linen Care ensures clothing, bedding, and towels are regularly washed, dried, folded, and neatly maintained for cleanliness and comfort.
Meal Preparation involves planning, cooking, and serving nutritious meals tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs.
